GENERAL TOS
Pieces are for personal/single use only and may not be used commercially, for AI training or reproduced to create physical items for monetary gain; this includes NFTs and anything crypto related.I maintain the rights to my artwork and may display commissioned art in my galleries or use it to promote and/or advertise my work. I will always give credit wheres due (OCs and so on).I maintain the right to decline a commission for any reason without stating what that reason may be.
The client has the right to use and re-post commissioned artwork (with credit please)PROCESS/ALTERING
After the full payment is sent, i will send the initial sketch for approval when i start. It is up to THE CLIENT to let me know if there is an error in the piece.
I will send confirmation screenshots during the process before rendering the piece, i will let the client know when the final chance to request changes is, if they do not bring it up then i will not change it later on (depending on the situation).
I will not make changes to the finished commission that would have significantly altered the price or that would make the finished product much different than the original piece.
Any and all alterations/edits to the commission must be made by me. No other person or entity is authorized to edit my work.PRICING AND PAYMENT
Commissions will be paid for via Ko-Fi
Commissions will not be started until full payment is sent and processed.
I do not do refunds UNLESS the commissioned piece has not been received within the two week period. If you have any concerns id appreciate coming to me first before issuing a refund.
Prices are not likely to change, but if it were to - that would not effect any current commission at the time. If a client pays full price for a piece and then sees i started a sale a few days later, i will NOT issue a partial refund to the sale price.TIMEFRAME
Please give at least two weeks after the full payment has been sent to talk about refunds and/or where a piece is.
If for any reason a piece may take longer for personal reasons the client will be notified

My art may not be used as a tattoo design unless the client specifies this at the time of ordering a commission.
The client may not profit from my artwork in any way. If an individual is selling or re-selling a design/character that has artwork by me, the seller may not price the additional art for more than it was originally charged to make a profit from the character sale, and please let me know if you are selling a character/design to someone else using my artwork.
The client may not claim my art as their own work.
The client has the right to use and re-post commissioned artwork with credit to me.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I do not feel comfortable illustrating the subject matter or if I do not feel I can depict it properly.
Please consider whether my style is best for your commission idea prior to applying. I mainly draw humans/humanoids. If you are unsure if your commission request is within my artistic capabilities, please do not hesitate to dm me and ask!

Adopt TOS

By buying an adopt from me you are confirming that you've read and agree to these terms.• GENERAL TERMSThese terms can change anytime without warning.
You are never allowed to remove my signature or edit/trace my art and claim it as your own. This is art theft.
I can deny any adopt purchase for any reason.
I retain the rights to every image I produce of the design, even if you pay for the design, I drew the art myself.
I have the right to ask you to stop using the design you bought from me if you have any abusive, homophobic, racist, mysoginist or predatory behaviour. I don’t want my art to be related to any of those things and if you see yourself in any of the behaviors mentioned don’t even bother contacting me.• CREDITING AND OWNERSHIPThe OC and design are yours once you buy it, but I stay as the creator of the design so credit is appreciated anytime possible! (but not necessary)
You can make any small tweaks to the design and post the character wherever you want. In terms of personality, name, story, sexuality and gender it’s up to however you want to change them (unless specified!!)
When posting the original art I give you of the adopt, you have to credit me. When it’s your own art/commissioned art it isn’t strictly necessary but credit for the design is always appreciated for visibility.You’re NEVER allowed to use the adopt for NFT (Non Fungible Token) projects or any other kind of cryptocurrency.
